The venue, date or time of the event can be changed by the event promoter. If you purchase your tickets through your Biletix membership account, in all events that have changed, you will receive information via the communication channel you have informed us about. It is the responsibility of our customers to follow the current status of the events in the purchases made without using membership.
If you are unable to attend the event as a result of the changes, you can ask for refund. Your ticket will be refunded in accordance with Biletix refund procedures.
