If you purchased your ticket without creating membership registration on our website and shared your email / mobile phone information with us, we will be sharing the same information via sms message and / or email with you.
Customers who prefer to buy their tickets through our retail outlets and without sharing their information are required to receive information about the refund process from our help pages or by calling our call center at +90 850 755 55 55. Since we do not have your contact information, it is our customers' responsibility to follow the process.
Our call center is operational between the hours 10:00-17:00 every day of the week.
If you wish to be notified by Biletix for a cancellation or an alteration case of the event you purchased ticket, we recommend that you purchase your tickets by creating a membership registration.
