The purchase and use of the Biletix Collector Ticket (“Collector Ticket”) are subject to the “Collector Ticket Purchase and Usage Terms” (“Terms of Use”) (-“Collector Ticket Sales Agreement”-“Agreement”-) set forth below. Since sales made via the website are subject to distance selling regulations and the terms of the agreement are determined within the framework of distance selling contract rules, you are required to read these Terms of Use before confirming your order and purchasing a Collector Ticket. By confirming your Collector Ticket order and/or completing the purchase transaction, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you have any request, complaint, or reservation contrary to the provisions of the Terms of Use/Agreement, we recommend that you visit the Help page and/or contact us via the communication numbers provided on our website before completing any purchase transaction and confirming your order.
- The Preliminary Information Form, Terms of Use, Sales Agreement provisions, and Privacy and Personal Data Statement available at https://www.biletix.com/ourpolicies/TURKIYE/en are annexes and integral parts of these Terms of Use and shall be applied and enforced together with these Terms of Use. In this context, by completing the Collector Ticket purchase transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Preliminary Information Form, Terms of Use, Sales Agreement provisions, and Privacy and Personal Data Statement available at the указан URL in their entirety. In addition, the purchase of a Collector Ticket is also subject to (i) the special terms and conditions announced and applicable to the event, (ii) all other terms and conditions determined and announced by the event organizer(s), and (iii) if announced by the event organizer, the venue terms and conditions (including entry conditions). - Before purchasing a Collector Ticket, you accept, declare, and undertake in writing that you have been informed in advance and that you know all provisions of the contract regarding: a) all necessary information and contact details about our company, b) all features related to the ticket and service you purchased, including the total ticket/service price including all taxes and any additional costs, c) information regarding payment, delivery, and performance, as well as the methods for resolving complaints stated in the contract, d) contractual information stating that you may apply to the Consumer Court or Consumer Arbitration Committee in case of disputes, e) that you do not have a right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15(b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and that you have been informed accordingly and have given your consent.
- If barcode information is printed on the Collector Ticket, entry to the event may be possible using the barcode printed on the Collector Ticket. If no barcode is printed on the Collector Ticket, entry to the event will not be possible with the Collector Ticket, and consumers may only enter the event using their digital tickets. Whether a barcode will be printed on the Collector Ticket is at the discretion of Biletix. Therefore, when entering the venue, it is your responsibility to check whether the Collector Ticket contains a valid barcode for entry. If there is no barcode, entry will only be allowed with a digital ticket. You are deemed to have been informed of this in advance, and in such cases, if you are denied entry, no refund will be made, and Biletix shall not be held responsible.
- Collector Tickets may be personalized by printing the name, surname, seat, and similar information of the purchaser, or they may be produced in a generic format. The decision to personalize or produce tickets generically is subject to Biletix’s commercial discretion. Therefore, the Collector Ticket should be purchased with this understanding. Whether requests for personalization will be accepted is also subject to Biletix’s evaluation.
- Collector Tickets will only be sold to individuals who have purchased a ticket for the relevant event. However, consumers may also purchase Collector Tickets as a gift for a third party. If Collector Tickets are used by third parties, whether with or without the purchaser’s consent, such third parties shall also be subject to all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
- Collector Tickets are always produced in “limited quantities.” The maximum number of tickets available for sale and/or whether they will be sold without a set limit but still in limited quantities is subject to Biletix’s commercial discretion.
- Pursuant to Article 15(b) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts titled “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal,” contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Since Collector Tickets are specially produced and printed upon consumer order, when you purchase a Collector Ticket from our website, you will not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15(b) of the Regulation. Therefore, we strongly remind you that you must complete the purchase process knowing that you do not have a right of withdrawal before confirming and purchasing a Collector Ticket. Additionally, it has been shared with you in the Preliminary Information Form at https://www.biletix.com/ourpolicies/TURKIYE/en which you have approved and which is an integral part of these Terms of Use, that event ticket sales are also outside the scope of the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15(g) of the Regulation.
- Even if the event is canceled or the venue/date/time is changed, Collector Tickets cannot be returned under any circumstances, and no refund can be requested, as they are specially printed upon order for the customer (even if generic). Consumers should decide whether to purchase a Collector Ticket with this knowledge.
- Collector Tickets do not have any cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into cash, or requested to be converted into cash.
- Except for cases where the Collector Ticket is defective or damaged as a result of the production process and/or due to reasons attributable to Biletix or its employees, Collector Tickets will not be reprinted, reproduced, or exchanged.
- Individuals who purchase a Collector Ticket may send the ticket directly to a third party by entering the email address of the intended recipient (holder) and/or adding a message. In this case, the responsibility for sharing the third party’s email address lies with the purchaser. Additionally, Biletix shall not be responsible in any way for the delivery of the Collector Ticket to the designated recipient or its use by the recipient.
- All personal data provided in connection with Collector Tickets will be handled and processed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Data, Terms of Use, and Sales Agreement available at https://www.biletix.com/ourpolicies/TURKIYE/en
- Collector Ticket holders are directly responsible for the use, safekeeping, and all transactions carried out using the Collector Ticket. If a ticket is lost, stolen, or suspected to be used without authorization, the holder must immediately notify the Biletix Call Center at 0850 755 5555.
- The responsibility for the control and safekeeping of tickets belongs to the Collector Ticket holder. Consumers should be aware that tickets may become unusable due to exposure to direct sunlight or heat and should store them in a safe place away from sunlight and moisture. Biletix shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. In such cases, no new ticket will be issued, and no exchange or refund will be made.
- Except in cases where Biletix or its employees are responsible, Biletix does not accept any liability for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Collector Tickets.
- Biletix shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its reasonable control or that could not be prevented, nor shall it be held responsible for failure to fulfill any of its obligations related to the Collector Ticket under these Terms and Conditions. Such events include, but are not limited to, force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, actions or omissions of governments or authorities, strikes or other industrial/technological events, fire, flood, storm, riots, power outages or failures, war, or actions/omissions of third parties.
- Biletix reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason by publishing them on its official website. The amendments shall enter into force as of the date of publication.
- Any delay or failure by Biletix to exercise any right or authority specified in these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such right or authority, nor shall it prevent the exercise of such right or authority at a later time.

- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the Preliminary Information Form, Terms of Use, Sales Agreement provisions, and Privacy and Personal Data Statement available at https://www.biletix.com/ourpolicies/TURKIYE/en the specific provisions of these Terms of Use shall prevail.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement and/or Collector Ticket purchase transactions, our primary objective is to resolve the dispute amicably. However, in cases where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, any dispute arising from the Terms of Use (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any claims or matters arising from or related to the Terms of Use. Consumers may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and/or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits specified in the relevant legislation.
