In order for your ticket to be refunded due to the change of the event; we kindly ask you to fill in the appropriate form below, depending on the type of payment you used while purchasing the ticket. 

• Refund form for credit card transactions
• Refund form for cash transactions

Tickets purchased through Biletix sales channels are refunded by Biletix.

Tickets purchased from the event promoter or event venue box office will be refunded by the event promoter or box office.

If you would like to be notified by Biletix about the cancellation or alteration of your event, we recommend that you purchase your tickets by creating a Biletix membership registration.
