We send an sms message and/or e-mail to our customers who have purchased tickets with Biletix membership account. You can find detailed return and refund information related to your event in the message we sent.
If you purchased your ticket without creating a membership registration and if you shared your email or mobile phone information with us, we will be sharing the same informational sms message and/or email with you.
Customers who prefer to buy their tickets through our retail outlets and without sharing their contact information are required to call our call center on +90 850 755 5555 to get detailed information about the return/refund process. Since we do not have your contact information, it is our customers' responsibility to follow the process. Our call center is operational between the hours 10:00-19:00 every day of the week.
If you would like to be notified by Biletix about the cancellation or alteration of your event, we recommend that you purchase your tickets by creating a Biletix membership registration.
