For digital tickets that you have purchased with a credit card and paper tickets that you have not received physically, your tickets are canceled first. The cancelled transactions which shared with the Finance Department are sent to the relevant bank. Your refund will be automatically returned to your credit card by your bank with the authorization code of your purchase.
If you have picked up your tickets physically, you are required to deliver your tickets to any ticket sales store as soon as possible, so that the refund process can be started. A copy of the form evidencing delivery of your tickets will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet along with your tickets to start your refund process. When we receive your tickets, your transaction will be canceled and refunded to the bank stated in the form. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
Our goal is to complete all refund process within 7 business days. Sometimes due to the intensity of cancellation and/or delays on the banks side, this period may be extended to 10 business days.
