- The first set of numbers can be 2 or 3 digits and shows where your ticket was printed.
- The second set of numbers can be 4 or 5 digits, and belongs to the staff that performs your transaction.
- The third set of numbers is 6 digits and shows the date you made your transaction.

All the tickets sold and printed on physical ticket stock via Biletix are stamped by the Ministry of Finance and constitute as an invoice. Therefore, in case of any alteration or cancellation, it is legally obligatory to return the tickets back to Biletix. If you have picked up your tickets physically, you are required to deliver your tickets to any ticket sales store as soon as possible, so that the refund process can be started.
Important Reminder: For postponed events, please click to check the deadline for cancellation announced by the promoter. Tickets cannot be refunded after the cancellation date has passed.
