To start your refund process, we kindly request you to fill out the " Refund request for altered events " form on our help pages. As soon as we receive your form, your request will be processed and your ticket amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card/debit card.
Important Reminder: For postponed events, please click to check the deadline for cancellation announced by the promoter. Tickets cannot be refunded after the cancellation date has passed.
