In case of purchases made with a credit card, when the ticket costs need to be refunded for any reason, your refund will be made through your authorization number notified to Biletix by the bank. If you have a problem with your credit card, you can call our Call Center at +90 850 755 55 55 to get information about the status of your refund and let us know. Our customer service will be happy to assist you until you receive your refund.
