If there is a cancellation or postponement of the event you have purchased ticket, the ticket of all tickets purchased through Biletix sales channels will be reimbursed to the customer. UPS provides courier delivery service to Biletix and the courier fee is paid by Biletix to the courier company within the scope of delivery service. Therefore, if the ticket is delivered to your address by the courier company, the courier fee is not refundable because the courier service is completed.
