Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and in accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data are being processed;
b) Request information if your personal data have been processed;
c) Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose;
ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad;
d) Request the correction of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately;
e) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law;
f) Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred;
g) Object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems; and
ğ) Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your questions, rights, and requests regarding your personal data in accordance with the provisions set out below, as explained in Article 5 titled ‘Application Procedure’ of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller within the scope of the Communiqué on the Implementation of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data:
‘(1) The data subject shall submit their requests within the scope of the rights specified in Article 11 of the Law to the data controller in writing or via a registered electronic mail (REM) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the electronic mail address previously notified by the data subject to the data controller and recorded in the data controller’s system, or through software or an application developed for the purpose of application.’
(2) The application must include:
a) Name and surname, and signature if the application is in writing,
b) For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number, or identity number if any,
c) Address of residence or workplace for notification purposes,
ç) If available, the electronic mail address, telephone number, and fax number for notification,
d) Subject of the request,
which are mandatory.”
Within this scope, you may submit your applications to our Company, by means of the petition available at the link prepared in accordance with the conditions set out in the Communiqué regarding the “Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller,” in line with the procedures and communication channels specified in the petition, and/or by completing the application form and submitting it to our Company.
In the event that the Board determines other methods for the submission of the request, you may also submit your request through such methods.
Our Company shall conclude the requests included in your application, free of charge, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee set forth in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
