If you see "Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick Up" on our delivery options page, yes, you can pick your tickets from the box office at the event venue.

This option is only valid on the day of the event and no ticket delivery is available before the event day at the venue. Ticket delivery usually starts 2 hours before the event starts and continue until the time of the event.

Please note that! Deliveries from the event box office are only made on the day of the event.
