There may be changes for events (date, time, venue, etc.). Refund rules and deadline for rescheduled/altered events may vary depending on the event. If there is any change for the event you purchased your ticket, you can contact our customer service agents by filling out the form on this link.
In order for your ticket to be refunded due to the change of the event;
Tickets purchased through Biletix sales channels are refunded by Biletix. Tickets purchased from the main box office (event venue box office) will be refunded by the main box office (event promoter).
If you have picked up your tickets in printed form (paper ticket), you must deliver them to any Biletix retail outlets by the specified deadline. Refunds cannot be made for tickets not delivered to Biletix.
If you have not picked up your tickets yet or have purchased your ticket with Digital Ticket delivery option, you must inform our customer service agents of your refund request by filling out the form on this link until the deadline specified.
If you purchased your ticket with a credit card / debit card, your ticket price will be refunded to your credit card / debit card used in the transaction.
