Tickets are refunded by Biletix if you purchased your tickets through Biletix sales channels. The tickets which purchased through the venue box office (event venue box office) are refunded by the box office.
In order to refund of your ticket due to the alteration of the event;
If you have received your tickets physically, you must deliver/return them to any Biletix retail outlet by the specified deadline. Tickets that are not delivered/returned to Biletix cannot be refunded.
If you have not received your tickets physically yet or purchased your ticket with the PDF Ticket delivery option, you must call our call center at +90 850 755 55 55 or fill in the form via this link until the deadline specified.
If you purchased your ticket with a credit card, the refund of the amount will be refunded to the credit card used in the transaction. If you purchased with a bank/debit card, please send your IBAN number as the bank/debit cards cannot be refunded automatically.
