If your event has been canceled, what you need to do to initiate the refund process depends on your preferred payment and delivery type when purchasing your ticket.
1. If you purchased your tickets by using credit card:
- If your delivery type is "PDF Ticket", you do not need to take any action. Your ticket amount will be automatically returned to your credit card within 10 business days.
- If you have selected the delivery of “Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up” as the delivery type, but you have not yet received your printed tickets (paper tickets), you do not need to take any action. Your ticket amount will be automatically returned to your credit card within 10 business days.
- If you choose “Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up” as your delivery type and receive your tickets in printed form (paper ticket), you must deliver/return your tickets to any Biletix retail outlet as soon as possible for the refund process to begin. A copy of the form that you have delivered your tickets, along with your tickets, will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet. When your tickets arrive at our office, yourtransaction will be canceled and your refund will be made to your credit card within 10 business days.
- If you have selected "Courier Delivery" as your delivery type and your tickets have not yet been delivered to you by UPS, you do not need to take any action. Your tickets will be withdrawn from UPS delivery by us and your transaction will be canceled as soon as your tickets arrive at our office. Your payment will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days.
- If you have selected “Courier Delivery" as your delivery type and your tickets have been delivered to you by UPS, you will need to deliver/return your tickets to any Biletix retail outlet as soon as possible for the refund process to begin. A copy of the form that you have delivered your tickets, along with your tickets, will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet. When your tickets arrive at our office, your transaction will be canceled and your refund will be made to your credit card within 10 business days.
2. If you purchased your tickets through our retail outlets and in cash:
In order to begin your refund process, you must return your tickets to any Biletix retailer as soon as possible. A copy of the form that you have delivered your tickets, along with your tickets, will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet. When your tickets arrive to our office, your transaction will be canceled and will be contacted the bank specified in the form for the refund of the ticket. Your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
3. If you purchased your tickets with a “Bank/Debit Card” or “Biletix Gift Card::
- If your delivery type is “PDF Ticket", you can call our call center at +90 850 755 55 55 to share your IBAN number with our customer service representative or you can fill in the form on this link and add your IBAN information and your request to the note section of the form for refund.
- If you have chosen “Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up” as your delivery type but you have not yet received your printed tickets (paper tickets), you can call our call center at +90 850 755 55 55 and you can share your IBAN number with our customer representative or you can share your refund request by filling out the form on this link and adding your IBAN information to the note section because bank/debit card cannot be reimbursed automatically.
- If you have chosen “Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up” as your delivery type and received your tickets in printed form (paper ticket), you should deliver/return your tickets to any Biletix retail outlet as soon as possible for your refund process to begin forwarding your IBAN number to us through the form is required. A copy of the form that you have delivered your tickets, along with your tickets, will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet. When your tickets arrive to our office, your transaction will be canceled and will be contacted the bank specified in the form for the refund of the ticket. Your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
- If you have chosen “Courier Delivery" as your delivery type and your tickets have not been delivered to you by UPS yet, you can call our call center at +90 850 755 55 55 and you can share your IBAN number with our customer representative or fill in the form on this link for your refund request by adding your IBAN information to the note section. Because bank/debit card cannot be reimbursed automatically. Your tickets will be withdrawn from UPS delivery by us and your transaction will be canceled as soon as your tickets arrive at our office and your refund will be made to the account number you have informed us within 10 business days.
- If you have selected “Courier Delivery" as your delivery type and your tickets have been delivered to you by UPS, you must deliver/return your tickets to any Biletix retail outlet as soon as possible for your refund process to begin. You should provide us your IBAN number via the form which your payment will be refunded. A copy of the form that you have delivered your tickets, along with your tickets, will be sent to Biletix Finance Department by the relevant retail outlet. When your tickets arrive to our office, your transaction will be canceled and will be contacted the bank specified in the form for the refund of the ticket. Your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
WHY DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PRINTED TICKET (PAPER TICKET) BACK?
All tickets sold via Biletix aare stamped by the Ministry of Finance and constitute as an invoice. Therefore, in case of any alteration or cancellation, it is legally obligatory to return the tickets back to Biletix.
WHY DOES IT TAKE 10 BUSİNESS DAYS TO RETURN A TICKET?
Our goal is to complete all refunds as soon as possible. Automatic refunds to your credit card will generally be credited to your account within a day or two. Since refunds to the bank account number are made to the bank to be refunded, it may take several days for your refund to be reflected in your account. Occasionally, due to the intensity of cancellation and / or delays on the banks side, this period may extend up to 10 business days. if your ticket amount has not yet been refunded to your account despite elapse of these 10 days, it means that there is a problem.
