As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Since the Biletix Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Customer Relations officials will contact in the shortest time possible.

If you did not pick up your tickets before the event day, you can only pick them up at the event venue ticket office.

Remember: The tickets will need to be collected only by the credit card holder unless your transaction is made with 3D Secure.

You need your reference number, original credit card used for purchase and your valid photo ID such as driver’s license to pick up your tickets.

If the transaction is realized with 3D Secure, you don't have to show your credit card to the courier. You only need to show an ID and the reference number.

Very Important Information: Event venue deliveries often start 2 hours before the event begins and continue until the time of the event. On the event day, there might be queues at the event venue ticket office. We wouldn't like this situation to spoil your day. So we strongly recommend you that you should pick up your tickets at a Biletix Sales Point in the days before the event.

Entries to the event may vary according to the promoter, event or location. But mostly, entry is permitted during a break in the event. For this reason, unless otherwise specified, your tickets will wait at the ticket office to be delivered until the 2. part of the event begins.

Please do not forget! You can not pick up your ticket at a Biletix Sales Point on the event day.
