Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons such as bad weather conditions, illness. If an event is cancelled or postponed by the promoter, the procedure to follow will be announced, set and applied by the event organizer. If your event is cancelled, you may get information about refund procedure from newspapers, biletix.com or Biletix Call Center at 0216 556 98 00.

In case of cancellation or postponement, Biletix will refund ticket price and service charge for the tickets sold through Biletix Sales Channels, except the tickets under the responsibility of the promoter. Please note that the tickets you've bought at the event venue might be directly under the responsibility of the promoter. In such a case, the promoter company may refund ticket prices.

Important Detail: It is your responsibility to contact Biletix if an event has been cancelled or postponed. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Biletix will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders via telephone or e-mail, of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the promoter. Therefore, please keep your information concerning your phone number and e-mail address updated.

Another Important Detail: It is your responsibility to follow the limitations and all other refund procedures set by the promoter. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the venue or the promoter may set limitations on refunds.

Important Warning: In order to claim your refund, please bring your unused tickets to any Biletix Retail Outlet. The reason for this is that the tickets are considered as Retail Sales Receipts approved by the Ministry of Finance. No refunds will be applied unless Biletix receives the tickets on time.
